  Our shower has been draining SLOW for the longest time. After dumping in countless bottles of dran-o and trying different different drainers, I decided to call in the pro's. I called Plumbing Connection and they were a little cheaper than most places in Fremont. They even gave me an extra discount if I yelped them. The person who answered the phone was courteous and professional, told me someone can be here 5:30-6p (on a Friday). I was glad they showed up early, little chit chat, 30 minutes of snaking and they found out we have a busted pipe. Good service but now we've got a whole different problem!!

  These guys did a fabulous job installing a new water heater. They came over to do a quote which was very competitive (esp. after I asked about a Yelp discount :-) ), and they said they could install it right then and there. They went to pick up the water heater and by the end of the afternoon it was installed! Kahn was very friendly and did a very professional job.

  Its never a pleasant experience to wake up to no hot water. I called 3 different companies to take a look at the water heater the first company showed up an hour and a half late and the tech didn't know what he was doing so they had to send out another person this took a whole day waiting on them. The second company couldn't come out for A few hours so I found the Plumbing connection in the Yellow pages. it was nice to have someone answer the phone and come out within 45min on a Sunday. Khan was very professional and honest and even told us to get other estimates if we needed to before we made our decision. I'm glad we went with Plumbing Connection and I would recommend them to help with any of your plumbing needs! Thank you.

  We live in a house that has its original plumbing from the 1940's, so we have had to have them come out several times. They have always come quickly, and finish quick. I have also always found Mr. Kahn and his woks to be friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to any one in need of a plumber!.

  I am partially writing this review so I have a record of which plumber I used so I can use these guys again. It's never a joyous event having to call a plumber, but at least these guys do a good job. I called on a Sunday and I got a live person on the phone and their quote was nearly the lowest of the 5 I called. Another bonus is they don't charge extra for weekend calls which some of the other names do. They showed on time and quickly fixed my sewer backup. They even showed me the offending "sewer rats" or some such lingo for tampons in the line. Blue mouse? I don't know.. it was quaint though. Anyhow he offered to stick around until we were satisfied it was fixed and I had no complaints.

  Trying to change a flush valve turned into breaking the shut-off valve! All at 8AM!!! Thanks to Kahn and the plumbing connection, they fixed it and were out of the house by 11:30AM. It was fast and the price was great! Will surely recommend them if someone needs a fast, honest plumber.
